By using Gun Sales Online you agree to the terms below. These are written in plain English; for the full legal version, email team@gunsales.online.

Your responsibilities

• You are at least 18 years old (21+ to post or buy a handgun in the US).
• You only list items you own and are legally entitled to sell.
• You only buy items you can legally own where you live.
• You complete every transfer through a licensed dealer where the law requires it.
• You do not upload technical drawings, CAD files, or other ITAR-controlled data.

Our role

Gun Sales Online is a classifieds platform. We are not a dealer, broker, escrow agent or shipper. We do not handle payments. We have no involvement in the transfer of any firearm, ammunition or accessory.

Moderation

We may remove listings, suspend accounts and refuse service for breaches of these terms or applicable law. We work with law-enforcement requests where required.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee any listing is accurate; buyers must inspect items before completing a sale.
